I'm Max and I was rescued by the RSPCA and brought to Curly Tails in 2023 as a young piglet. I was born earlier that year and found abandoned on a main road in Cheshire.

From a bad start in life, I'm now living the best life.

I'm very cheeky and still have to learn some manners but just look at my face. I can get away with anything!

I'm Teddy and I came to live at Curly Tails in February 2022.

I was very skinny and needed lots of care to get me well, but just look at me now.

I'm so happy.

I  was born in 2020 and I'm a Kune Kune although there might be a bit of something else in my breed mix.

I'm such a happy pig, love having my belly rubbed, always pose for a photo and my favourite food is porridge.

I am Alfie and I live with Bobby.

We are Micro Cross Breed Pigs-a definite dolly mixture and we came to live at Curly Tails on 8th July 2018. 

We are 11-12 years old.

We have tusks which means that we are adult pigs and us boys get them when we grow up, from about 18 months old.

We are very chatty pigs and will welcome you when you come to visit.

We love living here and get lots of treats.

We came to live at Curly Tails in 2023 after our owner unexpectedly passed away.

I'm 13 years old and still very spritely.

My eyesight isn't great but my sense of smell is excellent and I can hear the volunteer team when they are coming around with our food.

I'm always hungry and very noisy at feeding time!

I'm Oreo and I came to live at Curly Tails with my buddy Wilma in January 2022.

We are about 8 years old.

We came from a very loving home but the community care farm where we lived was forced to close and we had no-where to go.

I'm so happy that we a living here and are having the best time.

We love visitors and treats and lots of attention. 

I'm Tammy and I came to live at Curly Tails in August 2020 with my buddy Ruby. 

I'm about 10 years old.

Sadly Ruby went over the rainbow bridge but I'm very happy and have lots of pigs to chat to across the pathways and I'm right next to Boris, one of the pigs that I used to live with.

Our owner was very poorly so she couldn't look after us anymore which is why we came to the sanctuary. 

I'm big, beautiful Bruce and I came to live at Curly Tails in August 2020.

I'm about 13-14 years old

I'm a Saddleback/Kune Cross pig which is a bit of an odd mixture and I'm big with a big personality to go with it.

I love food and I sit and open my mouth and can be fed like a slot machine!

I never say no to cake and buns.

I love living at the sanctuary and I'm right next to my buddy Tammy.

We came to live at Curly Tails in 2023 when our owner passed away unexpectedly.

I was born around 2013 and we love living at the sanctuary.

I'm Cedric and I came to live at the sanctuary in December 2017 when I was just a few weeks old.

I was abandoned and the RSPCA picked me up and brought me to Curly Tails.

I hadn't been weaned so I ate an awful lot of porridge to make me big and strong.

It's still my favourite food although I never say no to a cake or bun!

I'm now 7 years old.

I'm Dudley and I came to live at Curly Tails in October 2019.

I'm about 6 years old now.

I'm a micro cross breed and I seem to be permanently on a diet even though it's very difficult to monitor as I get so many treats from the visitors!

I love having my skin oiled and nourished and having a good brush with a scrubbing brush.

I'm Bertha  and I live with my sister Beryl.

 We are Pure Breed Large Black Pigs. We are 9.5 years old and came to live at Curly Tails in June 2017. 

Our breed is vulnerable, so there aren’t as many of us around as there should be. We are very large, quite gentle but a bit clumsy!

 Our ears are so big that we have to lift our heads really high to see you.

I'm Kitty and I live with my brother Tom and sister Rose.

I'm Maud and I live with Ethel.

I'm Matilda (Tilly)

I am a Pot Cross Pig and came here to live at Curly Tails in October 2018.

I am 10 years old.

I have moved in with Perky who lost her buddy Pinky in August 2018.

I needed a new home and Perky needed a new buddy so it worked out very well.

We get along just fine and have become good friends, even though I can be very bossy!

I am a Kune/Pot Cross Pig and came here to retire from Woodside Animal Farm.

I am 13 years old and came originally with my buddy Pinky in December 2017.

Very sadly Pinky got very sick and has gone over the rainbow bridge but Jane found me a new buddy called Matilda (Tilly). I have a new friend now and we have settled in very well together.

We like lots of treats too!

I'm Mr Pig and I came to live at Curly Tails in March 2023 when I was 9.5 years old.

I'm blind and almost deaf but I've settled well and know that I am safe and very much loved here at the sanctuary

I am a Kune Kune Pig and lived with my brother Walter until he passed away last year, 2023

I'm about 11-12 years old.

We were brother and sister and came to live at Curly Tails in January 2018. 

I'm very friendly and like a teddy bear, with a thick coat and big snout!

I love treats and will sit down for them. I love cuddles and my back scratched.

I am Rosie and I live with Ginge.

We are Large White/Old Spot/Boar Cross Pigs and came to live at Curly Tails on 28th July 2018. 

We are 10 years old sisters even though we look very different.

We are very noisy and cheeky and make lots of fuss when visitors come to see us because we know that we are going to get treats.

We are Large White/Old Spot/Boar Cross Pigs and came to live at Curly Tails on 28th July 2018. 

We are 10 years old sisters even though we look very different.

We are very noisy and cheeky and make lots of fuss when visitors come to see us because we know that we are going to get treats.

I am Gizmo and I lived with my sister Gertie until she passed away recently.

We are a mixed breed and are quite large pigs even though we came from a mini pig breeder!

We came to live at Curly Tails in October 2018.

We were brother and sister and are 12 years old.

Gertie was very friendly and I'm quite shy but love cake and bun treats in between sleeping and having a root around our pen.

I am Del and I live with Rodney.

We are a mixed breed in the Micro Pig Class and came to live at Curly Tails in November 2018.

Our owner had to move to a house without any land which is why we came here. She loved us very much and still comes to see us and gives us lots of kisses and cuddles.

I am 6 years old and Rodney is 6.5 years old.

I am Rodney and I live with Del.

We are a mixed breed in the Micro Pig Class and came to live at Curly Tails in November 2018.

We are gentle and friendly but quite clumsy.

We love sleeping and laying in our wallow in the sunshine.

We obviously love food too!

I'm Louise and I live with Thelma.

 We desperately needed a new home and came to live at Curly Tails in June 2022. We were born in October 2021.
